Greg served as Canon Steward of Saint John’s Episcopal Cathedral in Denver, Colorado for nine years, from 2002 until joining Girl Scouts in 2011. Greg has been a fund development professional for 30 years, having begun his career as a fundraising consultant in 1984 with the Martin J. Moran Co. in New York City. In the 1990s he worked with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains. In recent years, he has served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement of The Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado and Chief Development Officer for Girl Scouts of Colorado as a member of their senior management team.
Greg has been a member of a number of interfaith and ecumenical boards and committees, including the Religious Advisory Council to the University of Denver and the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice. He is a former president of the Interfaith Alliance of Colorado.
Greg has served on national as well as local boards, including the Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes, The Denver Botanic Gardens, and Colorado Preservation, Inc.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 1978 and a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago in 1981.
